Term and Condition

Access to our Website and the use of information on it is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. You should carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use. By proceeding further, you will be deemed to have accepted them.

Delivery Condition

  • All the prices on our website include delivery in service area. 

  • The price does not include 7% VAT

  • For same day delivery need to order before 3:00 pm. Thailand’s time. (GMT+7)

  • We have tracking process via e-mail with 2 steps once we get your order and after the delivery have been completed.

  • The 4 important information for your order need to specific in order :

-   Recipient’s Name

-  Recipient’s Telephone no.

-  Recipient’s Address (full address)

-  Greeting Card Message

  • The areas in Bangkok that we cannot provide the free delivery are; Thawi Watthana, Taling Chan, Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae, Nong Khaem, Chom Thong, Bang Bon, Rat Burana, Thung Khru, and Bang Khun Thianethe delivery fee 10 USD.- may be required for the delivery to these areas. 

  • To delivery at the five adjacent provinces of Bangkok, the delivery fee may be required for the delivery as follow:- 

-    Nonthaburi   10 USD.-
-    Pathum Thani   15 USD.-
-    Samut Prakan   15 USD.-
-    Samut Sakhon   25 USD.-
-    Nakhon Pathom   40 USD.-

  • We provide free delivery to all main cities in Thailand within the area of 20 km from downtown. For all order out of downtown, a delivery charge may be required. 

  • We offer the delivery service in the main cities such as Pattaya, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Samui, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubonratchathani, Udon Thani and Khon Kaen. (Please see Thailand Delivery Service Area). For the delivery in other areas, please check with us before placing the order.

  • Any surprise delivery or do not call before delivery, please specific this comment in the order.

  • If we can’t make the delivery cause of the wrong address or wrong contact information of recipient which you provide to us, no any refund this case.

  • In case of we can’t contact with Recipient in the day, we will make the delivery on next day.

  • Compliant within 24 hours.

Product Substitution

In the case where a specific flower type or colour or any items is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall design, shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time. We have the right to process without any prior notice.

Delivery on Valentine's Day.

 
  • Need to place order before 4.00 pm. on 12th February to confirm the delivery all order on 14th February.

  • The order after 4.00 pm. 12th February, we can’t guarantee to delivery on 14th February. However we will try to make the delivery within 14th February. But in case we can’t make the delivery within 14th February then we will make the delivery on next day.

  • If we can’t make the delivery cause of the wrong address or wrong contact information of recipient which you provide to us, no any refund this case.

  • In case of we can’t contact with recipient in the day, we will make the delivery on next day.
